Design and develop engaging e-learning courses, digital training modules, and multimedia instructional content. Work with subject-matter experts to translate complex material into clear, interactive learning experiences. Requires experience with instructional design frameworks, LMS platforms, and content authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or similar). Background in education technology or a related field preferred.

Develop curriculum frameworks and learning paths for corporate training programs. Collaborate with subject-matter experts to structure content using ADDIE, SAM, or similar methodologies. Create assessment strategies, learner engagement plans, and course outlines. Experience with learning management systems and a background in education or instructional design required.

Produce training videos, motion graphics, and visual assets for e-learning projects. Handle end-to-end video production from scripting and storyboarding through editing and delivery. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and basic animation required. Experience in educational or corporate training content is a plus.

Create animated explainers, kinetic typography, and visual storytelling assets for corporate training modules. Translate complex concepts into clear, engaging motion sequences that support learner comprehension. Proficiency in After Effects and Illustrator required. Experience with character animation or 3D tools (Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.

Manage and maintain client Learning Management Systems — including content uploads, user enrollment, learner tracking, reporting, and SCORM/xAPI package deployment. Experience with platforms such as Moodle, TalentLMS, Teachable, or similar required. Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.

Own the client relationship from kickoff to delivery. Coordinate between clients, instructional designers, and producers to keep projects on track and ensure deliverables meet expectations. Strong communication skills, project management experience, and familiarity with e-learning or corporate training industry required. Experience with Asana, Monday.com, or similar PM tools is a plus.

Review and test e-learning modules for quality, functionality, and accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA). Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing, verify SCORM/xAPI tracking, and audit content for Section 508 and ADA compliance. Experience with assistive technologies and accessibility testing tools required. Background in QA for educational or digital content preferred.
