Design and develop engaging e-learning courses, digital training modules, and multimedia instructional content. Work with subject-matter experts to translate complex material into clear, interactive learning experiences. Requires experience with instructional design frameworks, LMS platforms, and content authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or similar). Background in education technology or a related field preferred.
Develop curriculum frameworks and learning paths for corporate training programs. Collaborate with subject-matter experts to structure content using ADDIE, SAM, or similar methodologies. Create assessment strategies, learner engagement plans, and course outlines. Experience with learning management systems and a background in education or instructional design required.
Produce training videos, motion graphics, and visual assets for e-learning projects. Handle end-to-end video production from scripting and storyboarding through editing and delivery. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and basic animation required. Experience in educational or corporate training content is a plus.
